Establishment of zones

(1) The Service shall have stations in each of the zones listed in the Schedule hereto in order for it to effectively protect life and property in Belize from fires occurring in any of the zones. (2) The Minister may, by Order published in the Gazette, add a zone to or delete a zone from, the list of zones specified in the Schedule hereto. 7 (3) An Order made by the Minister under subsection (2) of this section, shall be subject to negative resolution by the House of Representatives.
