Discharge

For the purposes of section 139 of the Act, the grounds upon which a soldier of the reserved may be discharged shall be- (a) medically unfit for service; (b) compassionate reason; (c) his reaching the age limits prescribed by any regulation made in that behalf; (d) services no longer required for any other reason.
