Compulsory Deductions

Defence (Pensions And Other Grants) Regulations, reg. 7 · Revised Edition 2020

Any pension or other grant awarded under these Regulations to any person shall be liable to deductions on the order of the appropriate authority to meet any public claim or service claim.
