Service in a Foreign Power

If a person to whom an award of a pension has been made under these Regulations enters the service of a foreign power without the consent of the appropriate authority, or if he continues in such service after the consent has been withdrawn, he shall be liable to have his pension suspended or withheld as the said authority may decide.
