Definitions

(1) In these RegulationsCAP. 135. “Act” means the Defence Act; “public claim” means any public debt or disallowance, including any over-issue or advance of pay made through error as to the facts; “service claim” means any debt due to any service mess, club, institution or other service organisation. (2) Other expressions in these Regulations have the same meanings as if these Regulations formed part of the Act.
