Courses of instruction outside Belize

A warrant officer or non-commissioned officer or a private soldier who is selected to attend a course of instruction outside Belize shall be required to enter into an undertaking that he will continue in regular service for a specified period after he has completed the course by applying to re-engage or continue in service under the provisions of section 18 of the Act.
