Form of certificate of surrender

Where under section 150 of the Act a person is delivered into military custody without being brought before a magistrate’s court the certificate which is required by section 151(2) of the Act to be handed over shall be in the form specified in Part III of the Schedule hereto and shall contain the particulars therein set out relating to that person’s surrender.
