Form of certificate of arrest or surrender

Where in pursuance of section 149 of the Act a magistrate’s court has dealt with a person as illegally absent the certificate which is required by section 151(1) of the Act to be handed over when that person is delivered into military custody shall be in the form specified in Part II of the Schedule hereto and shall contain the particulars therein set out as to that person’s arrest and surrender and of the proceedings before the court.
