Revision

(1) The proceedings and decision of a court on revision shall be recorded on the record of the proceedings in the appropriate form set out in the Third Schedule to these Rules, and the president shall date and sign such record and decision and return it to the confirming officer, after it has been signed by the judge advocate (if any). (2) When an accused is acquitted on revision the revised finding shall be communicated to the accused in such manner as may be specified by the confirming officer.
