Withdrawal of Charge-Sheets and Charges

A court may with the concurrence of the convening officer (which may be signified by the prosecutor) allow the prosecutor to withdraw a charge before the accused is arraigned thereon or a chargesheet before the accused is arraigned on any charge therein.
