Examination of Witnesses by Court

(1) The president, the judge advocate and, with permission of the president, any member of the court may put questions to a witnesses. (2) Upon any such question being answered, the prosecutor and the accused may put to the witness such questions arising from the answer which he has given as seem proper to the court. 60
