Interpretation

Defence (Procedure) Rules, r. 3 · Revised Edition 2020

The Interpretation Act, shall apply to the interpretation of these Rules as it applies to the interpretation of an Act and, in particular, words importing the masculine gender shall include females, and words in the singular shall include the plural, and words in the plural shall include the singular.
