Re-enlistment after discharge

Defence (Premature Voluntary Release) Regulations, reg. 4 · Revised Edition 2020

A member of the Force who obtained his discharge under these Regulations shall not be precluded from re-enlistment, subject to the provisions of Part IV of the Act.
