Employment of Force outside Belize

The Governor-General may at any time order that the whole or any part of the Force shall be employed out of or beyond Belize, provided that no officer or soldier of the volunteer element or the reserve shall be liable to be employed out of or beyond Belize unless either he is a soldier serving in the reserve in consequence of being transferred from the regular force or he has entered into an agreement in writing accepting such a liability.
