Power to grant commissions

(1) The power to grant commissions in the Force shall be vested in the Security Services Commission. (2) Repealed. (3) A commission may be granted either for an indefinite period or for a specified time. (4) Every officer on being granted a commission shall be issued with a commission to be signed by the Security Services Commission in the form set out in Schedule I to this Act.
