Resignation
Cap. 135:01, s. 7 · Revised Edition 2020
(1) The Chief of Defence Staff may resign at any time by giving two months written notice to the Governor-General.
(2) Resignation by the Chief of Defence Staff shall take effect upon written acceptance of the resignation by the Governor-General.
