Specially dangerous goods and dangerous goods

The goods or articles commonly known as nitroglycerine or glonoine oil shall be deemed to be specially dangerous within the meaning of this Act, and petroleum as defined in section 2 shall be deemed to be dangerous within the meaning of this Act.
