Application of Part III

(1) The Minister may by Order declare this Part applicable to any city, town, village or other area or place on or from a day named in the Order. (2) The authorised officer may grant a licence to any person for the storage of gunpowder in any magazine or other building within a declared area on such conditions as are in the licence specified.
