Repeal

(1) The Belize City Building Act, Revised Edition 2003 is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding the repeal, any legal proceedings pending under the repealed Act shall continue and be determined as if this Act had not been passed. (3) Notwithstanding the repeal, all subsidiary legislation made under that Act, in so far as they are not inconsistent with this Act, shall continue to remain in force until repealed and replaced by subsidiary legislation made under this Act. (4) Section 42 of the Housing and Town Planning Act is hereby repealed.
