Scope of jurisdiction
Cap. 131, s. 13D · Revised Edition 2020
Each Building Unit shall have jurisdiction within its municipality subject to the following enactments–
(a) the Belize City Council Act;
(b) the Belmopan City Council Act; and
(c) the Town Councils Act.
