Certification

(1) The Authority shall, within six months after the coming into force of this section, conduct a certification for each Building Unit. (2) In order to be duly certified under this section, a Building Unit will have to satisfy such requirements as may be prescribed or otherwise specified, including the employment thereto of a Technical Manager and a Building Inspector.
