Protection of persons acting bona fide under the Act

No civil proceedings in any court shall lie against the Minister, any member of the Authority, the Director, any officer of a Building Unit or any other public officer in their respective private capacities for or in respect of any act or matter done, or omitted to be done, in good faith, in the exercise or purported exercise of any function under, or power conferred by, this Act. 17
