80 Coast Guard 1. Short title. 2. Commencement 5of Act No. 19 of 2004. Coast Guard 81 Ch. 131–01. (Gazetted 9th July, 2005.) 1. This Order may be cited as the Short title. Commencement of Act No. 19 of 2004. 2. In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 14 of the Belize National Coast Guard Service Act, and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, RALPH FONSECA, Minister of Home Affairs, do hereby appoint the 6th day of July 2005 as the day when the said Act shall come into force. MADE this 5th day of July, 2005. Minister of Home Affairs and Investment 1 The Act was renamed Coast Guard Act by Act No. 3 of 2016.
