Power to make Regulations

(1) Subject to the Belize Constitution and this Act, the Security Services Commission may make Regulations for the better carrying out of the provisions of this Act. (2) Without prejudice to the generality of sub-section (1), such Regulations may provide for– (a) the recruitment of officers of the Coast Guard; (b) ranks in the Coast Guard; (c) the commissioning of officers in the Coast (d) discipline in the Coast Guard; (e) the appointment and promotion of officers in (f) the resignation, retirement and dismissal of officers from the Coast Guard; --------------------------------- 19 FIRST SCHEDULE COASTGUARD ACT 3 of 2016.
