Resignation and dismissal of officers

Cap. 131:01, s. 11 · Revised Edition 2020

(1) The Security Services Commission may permit or allow an officer of the Coast Guard to resign his commission. (2) The Security Services Commission may terminate the commission of an officer of the Coast Guard for inefficiency or for any other cause.
