Belize diplomats, etc., may administer oaths in foreign places

Every diplomatic agent or consular officer of Belize exercising his functions as such in any country or place other than Belize may, in that country or place, administer any oath or take any affidavit, and every such oath or affidavit administered or taken by or before any such person shall be as effectual as if administered or taken by or before any lawful authority in Belize.
