Place and date where and when oath taken to be stated in jurat

Cap. 130, s. 45 · Revised Edition 2020

Every person before whom any oath or affidavit is taken or made under this Part shall state truly in the jurat or attestation at what place and on what date the oath or affidavit is taken or made.
