Appeals against Ombudsman’s decisions

Any party dissatisfied with a decision of the Ombudsman under this Act may appeal to the Supreme Court, and in every such case the provisions of Part IX of the 30 Supreme Court of Judicature Act, Cap.91 and the rules made thereunder shall mutatis mutandis apply.
