Access to documents to be given on request

(1) Where a request for access to a document is duly made, and payment is made of any charge that is required to be paid before access is granted, access to the document shall be given in accordance with this Act. (2) The expression “duly made” occurring in subsection (1) of this section, means that the request shall be in writing.
