Rules of Court

Rules of the court may be made, (a) prescribing the manner in which panels are to be struck and made out and summoned; (b) exempting from attendance as jurors any women who are for medical reasons unfit to attend; (c) as to the procedure to be adopted in any application under section 23 (4) of this Act; 38 Juries (d) exempting from services as jurors certain persons employed in the public service.
