Striking jury panel for trial of issue in an action

When the issue in any action is ordered to be tried with a jury, the Registrar shall, at least seven days before the commencement of the trial, strike and make out from the Jurors’ Book for the time being in force a panel consisting of such number of common jurors or special jurors as the court may direct.
