Appeal from decision of Revising Officer

(1) An appeal shall lie to the court from any decision of the revising officer made under section 10 of this Act in the same manner and form as from a decision of an inferior court, and the provisions of Part IX of the Supreme Court of Judicature Act, Cap. 91, and of any rules of court, shall mutatis mutandis, apply to every such appeal. (2) An appeal shall not prevent or postpone the allowance of the lists by the revising officer or invalidate any act done thereafter under the lists.
