Law and practice not provided for

(1) Subject to the provisions of this Act, the common law of England relating to coroners shall have effect in Belize. (2) In all questions of form and practice which may arise on any coroner’s inquest or inquiry not herein provided for, the coroner shall follow, as nearly as possible, the forms and practice adopted in England in similar circumstances.
