Report of unnatural death

(1) Every person who becomes aware of an unnatural death shall notify it to the coroner or at the nearest police station. (2) Everyone who knowingly and wilfully fails to notify an unnatural death as required by subsection (1) of this section is guilty of an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding two hundred and fifty dollars.
