Copies of depositions

Every person committed to prison or held to bail under and by virtue of any verdict of a coroner’s jury or any finding of a coroner, may require, and shall be entitled to receive, copies of the depositions and of the statement of the accused person, if any, on payment of the like fees as are by law payable for copies of other depositions.
