Inquest or inquiry

Where an unnatural death is reported to, or comes to the knowledge of, the coroner, he shall, subject to section 13 of this Act, hold an inquest, except when he is authorised or required under this or any other Act to hold an inquiry, and then he shall hold an inquiry. 12
