Interpretation

In this Part, unless the context otherwise requires “court” means the Supreme Court of Belize or a judge thereof sitting in court or in chambers; “rules of court” means the rules of the Supreme Court for the time being in force under the Supreme Court of Judicature Act, Cap. 91; “submission” means a written agreement to submit present or future differences to arbitration, whether an arbitrator is named therein or not.
