Leave of Absence

The Manager may grant leave of absence from an institution to any resident for a period not exceeding 72 hours. Any request, for an extended period must be approved by the Chief Executive Officer, or Social Development Officer. In every case an authority for such leave will be issued on the form approved by the Minister, provided that extended leave of absence shall not be granted to any one resident more than once in one calendar month.
