Education

(1) Every resident must be afforded every opportunity to continue his education, and as far as possible be allowed to attend recognized day school. (2) In order that the provisions of these Rules are complied with, the younger age group (that is up to 14 years) will normally be detained at the Princess Royal Youth Hostel.
