Discipline

(1) No resident shall be placed in mechanical restraints. Certified Institutions (Children’s Reformation)[CAP. 121 7 (2) Corporal punishment may only be applied across the buttocks with a light cane to a maximum of four strokes only. (3) All punishments will be recorded in a “Punishment Register” which will be presented to and initialed by the Chairman of the Board of Governors.
