Rules

The Minister may make rules with respect to, (a) the determination of the sums or allowances to be from time to time paid or made out of moneys voted by the National Assembly for the upkeep and the expenses incidental thereto of any certified institution; (b) the allowances to be from time to time made out of moneys voted by the National Assembly for the maintenance and support of children detained in any certified institution including the expenses of removal in the case of any child to be transferred from one institution to another and the expenses attendant upon dealing with children under this Act; 18 (Children’s Reformation) (c) all such other matters and things as may appear necessary or expedient for effectually carrying into operation the provisions of this Act; (d) the forms to be used for the purposes of this Act.
