Evidence of documents

(1) The production of the Gazette containing a notice of the grant, or of the withdrawal or resignation, of a certificate to a certified institution shall be sufficient evidence of the fact of a certificate having been duly granted to the institution named in the notice, or of the withdrawal or resignation of such (2) A certified institution to which any child is directed to be sent in pursuance of this Act shall, until the contrary is proved, be deemed to be a certified institution.
