Conditions of recognizance

A Community Rehabilitation Officer shall ascertain that the probationer understands the conditions of his recognisance, and shall by warning and persuasion endeavour to ensure his observance of them. If the probationer fails to obey any of the conditions, the Community Rehabilitation Officer shall report as hereinafter directed.
