Resignation and dismissal

(1) A Community Rehabilitation Officer may resign his appointment on giving not less than one calendar months’ notice in writing to the Public Services Commission. (2) The Public Services Commission may dismiss without notice a Community Rehabilitation Officer on the ground of misconduct and may for good and sufficient reason other than misconduct determine his appointment on not less than one calendar months’ notice in writing.
