The Community Rehabilitation Officer shall keep records of all probationers placed under supervision, and such records shall include the following particulars: name and address, sex, age, offence, previous offences (if any), date and duration of order, conditions attached to order, employment, and, in the case of children attending school, name of school and attendance during probation, number of visits and result.
