Reports by officer

(1) The Community Rehabilitation Officer shall report to the court in accordance with any directions given by the court in the probation order or otherwise. (2) The Community Rehabilitation Officer shall report as to the conduct, and mode of life of the probationer and generally as to his progress to the appropriate Probation Committee. (3) If a probationer fails to observe any of the conditions of his recognisance the Community Rehabilitation Officer shall report the matter to the court and to the appropriate Probation
