Annual reports to Board

(1) Subject to subsection (2) of this section, the Administrative Centre shall submit to the Board, annual reports on the general operation, performance and effectiveness of the (2) A report under subsection (1) of this section, shall not contain any matter which in the opinion of the centre, is likely to prejudice the effectiveness or security of the Programme.
