Justices Of The Peace Act (Commencement) Order, para. 2 · Revised Edition 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 16 of the Justices of the Peace Act and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, WILFRED ERLINGTON, Attorney General, do hereby appoint the 21st day of February, 2013 as the day on which the said Act shall come into force.
