Chapters of Associations of Justices of the Peace

(1) It shall be lawful for Justices of the Peace and Commissioners of the Supreme Court to form a private association to be called the National Association of Justices of the Peace and to elect officers to serve as executive officers of that Association after every two years. (2) The National Association of Justices of the Peace and Commissioners of the Supreme Court which was in existence prior to the commencement of this Act shall be the Association referred to in subsection (1) of this section.
