Prohibition of carrying daggers

(1) It shall be unlawful for any person to carry any dagger on his person. (2) Any person carrying, or reasonably suspected of carrying, a dagger on his person may be arrested without warrant by any member of the police department and dealt with as prescribed by sections 97 and 98 of the Summary Jurisdiction (Procedure) Act, Cap. 99, in the case of a person found committing a summary jurisdiction offence.
